I just saw a news report stating that all kids under 4'9" have to sit in the back seat on a booster seat. So what about adults that are 4'9" or less? Did you ever see them driving - they have to advance their seat that they are literally on top of the steering wheel in order to reach the pedals. OK so its a silly question but it was just something I was wondering about... Now it would be a funny sight to see...
